Learning in Faith

FEAST OF SAINT CARLO ACUTIS

On October 12th, the Church celebrates the Feast of Saint Carlo Acutis, a modern teenager who is an inspiring example of faith for young people today.

Carlo was born in 1991 and grew up with a deep love for Jesus, especially in the Eucharist. He attended daily Mass, prayed the Rosary, and used his talents in computers and technology to share the faith—he even created a website cataloguing Eucharistic miracles around the world.

Carlo’s life reminds us that holiness is not just for priests or nuns, but for everyone—even young people at school. He once said: “To be always close to Jesus, that’s my life plan.”
