Wellbeing Hour Snapshots
Some learning reflections from our students during Wellbeing Hour which is held every Friday.
Last week we talked about challenges we are currently facing. I chose my violin exam. We wrote down feelings we are facing- my feelings were upset, impatient, I then wrote a message to myself about going through that challenge- I said I need to persist and make sure I can continue to improve. We then created a poster for a campaign to help with emotions.

We learned about how encouraging and helping someone is really important. We had to write down 5 ways of how we could encourage or help someone. My ideas were- help them up, give food if they are feeling hungry, take them to sick bay if they are hurt, speak kindly, and help carry things.

We were sharing a moment in nature that we are grateful for that gives us joy. My special moment in nature was when I was down at the sea with dad and mum, and this gave me joy because I liked going down there.

We were writing letters to ourselves about coping with challenges. I to never give up, push yourself, and never give up. My focus was to try and and give it your best.
