Year 7 BEST 

Our PBL was all about making our own toys using simple machines such as levers and pulleys. We also discussed what forces they use. Many toys use gravity, push and pull.

My toy was based on athletics, specifically high jump. To work my toy, you would pull back on the spoon which acts as a catapult, and then let go. The ball should fling over the bar, hopefully without knocking it down simulating how high jump works!

I really enjoyed the create phase of the PBL I found it really enjoyable because I was having fun with my friends while also getting work done. I also loved the end as I got to see my finished product and that made me really proud to see how well it turned out.
