Provide us with a ‘snapshot’ into your daily routine at Concord School: I start my day with a coffee, every day, without fail. What is your role at Concord School? Classroom teacher Lower Primary campus LPF

Provide us with a ‘snapshot’ into your daily routine at Concord School: It’s a soft start to the LPF classroom, where students come in and help with setting up our daily routines and managing their morning work, before we have our morning circle.

LPF love circle time as this is where we come together to discuss the events that will be happening throughout the day. A favourite is our ‘Would You Rather’ questions we do each morning that links students interests and connects to areas of curriculum focus. LPF recently looked at positional language during numeracy sessions, so a would you rather be a dog in an inflatable ring in a pool or dog on a surfboard in the sea was a real hit! We also finish each week with a creative collaborative activity

What do you love most about working at Concord School? How welcoming and inclusive Concord staff, students and families are. It is wonderful to work with fellow educators, students and families to support our students to have positive and meaningful learning experiences.
