~ First Parish Mass for the year ~

Last Friday, St Joseph's children, along with their teacher attended their first Parish Mass. We will be attending Mass on the first Friday of each month for anyone who would like to join. Students will be responsible for readings and singing throughout the Mass.

Caritas ~ Project Compassion

It has been wonderful seeing our children get involved in raising much needed funds for Caritas this year. Already we have surpassed the total amount raised from last year! An amazing effort by all. Our greatest fundraiser so far has been via the in house lunch orders and zooper dooper sales! We will endeavour to have another fundraising 'Hot Dog Lunch' on Wednesday 27th March as it's the students last day of school, a nice way to finish out the term.

Thank you to Ivy and the Grade 4/5/6 students who have been creating posters and advertising the 'Guess the Lollies in the Jar' fundraiser. It has been wonderful to have such student agency and voice in the process of how we raise funds for those in need.

Lent ~ Week 4

Students have begun to learn about the Season of Lent and the connections we have with Easter. They have changed the colour of their prayer tables to purple to represent this special liturgical season. If you would like to learn a little more about the Season of Lent, please pop into the foyer in the learning building to have a read of the information we have on display.

~ Sacramental Program ~

Due to such low numbers of children requiring the Sacramental Program this year, we have decided to postpone this years group until next year, so they can form a larger group of children and families who will be completing their Reconciliation, Confirmation and Eucharist. Although sad, the organisation, effort and desire to connect as a community has been considered, and we believe this is the best decision for all involved.

If you have any questions or queries, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
