NAPLAN Starts This Week
Important Information for Parents/ Carers
The NAPLAN (National Assessment Program Literacy and Numeracy) period for 2024 for Year 3 and 5 students will start this week Wednesday the 13th March to Friday the 22nd March. NAPLAN tests seek to measure student performance standards across writing, reading, language conventions (spelling, grammar and punctuation) and numeracy.
All students (Years 3 & 5) are expected to participate in NAPLAN tests, unless exceptions have already been made. Please note that students who are absent on test days, will have the opportunity to undertake the NAPLAN tests on a separate day next week.
