Welcome to the Team

We’re excited to introduce Kay, who has recently joined the RSC team as our Admin Assistant.

Kay will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the club, helping with communications, general enquiries, assessments for prospective members, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. In addition to this role, Kay is also RSC’s Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO), providing a confidential and supportive point of contact for any member who has concerns or needs guidance in line with our club policies.

Kay brings a great mix of professionalism, efficiency, and warmth to the role, and we’re thrilled to have her on board.

Please make her feel welcome as she settles in, and don’t hesitate to reach out to her via the club email (admin@ringwoodswimmingclub.org.au) if you need any assistance or have any questions relating to member welfare.

Here is a little bit about Kay:

I jumped at the opportunity to join the backend of helping to run this awesome club.

As a fellow parent of an RSC swimmer having a bit of knowledge is aiding my transition into this role. Though there is still plenty to learn.

I am an expat, soon to be a true-blue Aussie and have been calling Melbourne my home for about 15 years. We had a little break from Victoria, exploring this vast country doing a lap and then sitting still in the beautiful Sunshine Coast for a couple of years (pandemic put a stop to our travels). We came back to Melbourne at the beginning of 2023 when my son, soon after, joined RSC. Which only felt natural as he learnt to swim at Aquahub back when Aquanation was still being built.

I have a background in Sustainability and since becoming a mum have been working in administration for a few years now. I look forward to providing the administrative support for the club, helping it to continue to grow and watching all our swimmers progress and reach their goals.

Welcome to RSC, Kay – we’re so glad to have you with us!
