Italian Day – Wednesday 13th August
Get ready for a day of fun, food, and festivities as we celebrate Italian Day on Wednesday
13th August!
Students are invited to dress up in their favourite Italian-themed costumes — whether it’s a pizza chef, gondolier, soccer player, or even Italian flag colours!
The costume parade kicks off at 8.45am, and families are warmly encouraged to come along and cheer on the students.
On the day, delicious Italian lunch items will be available to order through the school canteen. The full menu is available via the canteen link on our school website and includes pizza, pasta, and gelato — be sure to place your children's order by Sunday 10th August.
In keeping with Italian food tradition, students will have the exciting opportunity to plant their own tomato plant to take home — a wonderful way to bring a bit of Italy into their gardens.
We’re also thrilled to welcome acclaimed music performer Mr Oopy, whose vibrant and entertaining performance will bring the spirit of Italy to life! To listen to his concert songs prior to the event, students can visit mroopy.com/library
