Grade 3 & 4

Term 3 - Week 4

It was wonderful to see so many grandparents and special friends share some activities, lunch and a liturgy on Monday. It was great to hear the chatter and see the smiles as everyone participated together as family groups or made larger groups.

The students are learning about what it was like being a convict - crimes committed, punishments and transportation to another country. They are keeping a diary about themselves being a convict, some make interesting reading!! It is a whole different world to what they know now.

The students had the opportunity to participate in Revved Up and MPower sessions here at school on Thursday. This sits along side our wellbeing program and the work staff have been doing with the Real Schools Project.

The students read ' My Place' which was a timeline of when things happen in a person's life - where they live, members of their family, pets, hobbies and interests, so now the students are creating their own 'My Place' poster documenting apsets about their life and place at this time.
