STEM Report

This term, RPPS students celebrated Science Week with a tribute to the Paris Olympics and held our very own Roxy STEM Olympics. Students from all year levels participated in a series of modified events designed to highlight how STEM skills can be applied to a range of tasks. From designing uniforms to harnessing natures forces of gravity, students pushed themselves to the limits in order to achieve the accolades from their peers. Great job everyone.  Once again we have made it to the end of another term in STEM. A big shout out to all of those students working hard though out the term and to some of our new students who have tried STEM for the very first time. Term 3 can be a real awakening for some students when they see their hard work and persistence paying off. Concepts and experiences start to connect and engagement levels soar. Let's keep the momentum going and start Term 4 on a high! Have a safe and happy holiday, see you all soon :)
