Term 3 School Fees - OVERDUE

Term 3 School Fees are now OVERDUE. Please make payment at your earliest convenience via BPay, the Compass App or EFTPOS at the office. If you are having difficulty paying, please contact Mrs Claire Ryan to discuss this matter confidentially. 

Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

CHANGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

It is imperative that the school has all of the correct information for students, any change of address or phone number, their household contacts and emergency contacts.

If any of your child's information has changed, it is up to parents to contact the school to communicate these changes.

AFTERNOON PICK-UP ARRANGEMENTS

If you have a regular pick-up arrangement in place for your child/ren, eg. OOSH, please communicate this via an email to bogadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au, and this information will be passed on to all staff members. If there is a change to your child's pick-up arrangements or someone else is picking your child up from school, it is important to phone the office before 2:30pm the day of, and this will be added to the pickup board for the staff member on afternoon duty to be aware.

COMPASS 

It is extremely important that all parents and carers access the COMPASS Portal either via the Compass App on their phone or on their computer desktop. This is our parent communication platform for:

• giving permission and making payment for all school events by due dates
• receiving important information regarding school activities
• receiving your child's school academic reports
• booking Parent/Teacher Interviews
• submitting absentee notes for your child
• emailing your child's teacher

Please ensure that you have NOTIFICATIONS turned on for your Compass App so that you are notified of any communication from Compass.

If you are unable to access COMPASS or cannot remember your username, please contact Ms Traynor at the office for instructions.
