Stations of the Cross

Our classes have worked very hard on their reflections and prayer spaces around one of the Stations of the Cross. It was wonderful to see so many families walking through our corridors yesterday afternoon and even better to hear the children telling their families all about each Station of the Cross as they walked through the school together. 

This morning we gathered together as a community to take part in reflecting on the Stations of the Cross. The children were reverent through this occasion and we thank the families who were able to join us. 

Here are a few of the prayer spaces that were created around the Stations of the Cross. 

Easter Sunday: Jesus is Risen

Easter is the most significant Holy Day celebrated by Christians each year. This special day offers Christians the opportunity to reflect on God's fulfillment of His covenant through the birth, life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. Please remember to discuss the significance of the day on Sunday with your children and celebrate your faith together. 

I wish everyone a very safe and holy Easter with a lovely break over the holidays.

Sacramental Program

First Eucharist: 

First Eucharist enrolment forms and information have been sent out. Please take note of the Mass attendance days as this is when you can return your enrolment forms. 

If you did not receive an enrolment form for First Eucharist and you believe your child is eligible please contact me. (Rikki Winduss) 

Enrolment forms returned: Masses April 20/21 and 27/28 

Preparation Evening: May 1(Wednesday) 6:30 pm at Church. This evening must be attended.

Mass attendance weeks: are May 4/5, 11/12, 18/19, 25/26, June 1/2, 8/9 15/16, 22/23

*Children need to attend 3 Masses in this time.

Celebration dates: July 20/21, 27/28 Aug 3/4, 10/11 at the Church at any weekend Masses you choose. More information about this will be given at the Preparation evening.
