Student Leadership

Year 4 Leadership and Community Engagement

Our Year 4 students have been busy applying for some leadership opportunities to learn and be more involved in our local community. From the 19th August to the 1st September, groups of 4 students will be visiting Restore Community Care to help sort out food that has been donated from our big shops into their foodbank. Students will be going to Rowville Community Learning Centre to help the pre-school children with their music & movement lessons as well as Rowville Manor Aged Care to help and engage with the residents in arts & craft and carpet hockey. Lastly, some of our other students will also be at Rowville Share Space to help with their sanctuary community connections and community garden.

Rowville Primary School's Emerging Leaders in Year 4 will be supporting & acting as little helpers for Mrs. Bee's Preschool Music & Movement Classes on Tuesday 20 & 27 August from 9.30am -10.15am at the Community Learning Centre (located inside the Rowville Community Centre) 40 Fulham Road, Rowville 3178. Any young children aged 2-5 years old are invited to join in on the fun with a $15 trial class on either or both days!
