Last Friday the PAC was buzzing with vibrant enthusiasm as students from years 6-12 enthusiastically immersed themselves in our ‘Day Music Camp’ activities. The morning commenced with a combined Choir rehearsal followed by Concert band, and Chamber Ensemble intensive workshops . After a delectable lunch of pizzas, we resumed our musical activities with  Orchestra and Stage band  engaging in rigorous rehearsals. All participants had a great day of music making.

Thank you to all the students who engaged in the activities so enthusiastically and the wonderful music staff, Dr Collyer, Mrs Glindermann, Mrs Cooney,  Mr Forbes  and Ms Downs.  We look forward to demonstrating  the results of our Day  Music Camp activities at the Whole school concert on Friday 23rd August commencing at 6pm. Notification regarding ticket sales for the concert will be advised soon.

Gondwana Choir

Gondwana Choirs is thrilled to announce our 2025 season and we would love to invite students from your school community to apply! Gondwana National Choirs bring students from around Australia to rehearse and perform in a number of projects throughout the year.

In 2025, the season will kick off with Gondwana National Choral School, a 12-day residential program in Sydney which offers singers aged 10-25 from a variety of choral backgrounds and abilities the opportunity to live and breathe choral music for almost two weeks! This culminates in two fantastic concerts and a finale featuring a massed choir of over 200!

Auditioning for Gondwana National Choirs qualifies choristers for opportunities throughout the season. Next year, this includes a tour to Canada and the USA for our over 18s choir, Gondwana Chorale, and the first professional recording in over a decade for our under 18s treble choir, Gondwana Voices.
