AFL Road closures on Saturday 10 August

Attendees of the two sporting wind-ups on Saturday 10 August (Cross Country, and Football) are advised to use the Waterbank entry only for access to the school, due to Sailani Avenue road closures between 12.15pm - 6.00pm as a result of the AFL at Optus Stadium. Gates along Sailani Avenue will be closed during this time.

Rugby Presentation Evening

TC rugby players and their families are invited to celebrate the end of the 2024 rugby season at the annual Presentation Dinner.

Date: Saturday, 18 August

Time: 5.00pm - 8.30pm

Venue: Gibney Hall, Trinity College

Cost:  $30.00pp (excl. booking fee)

Dress code: 

Student rugby players: full Winter College uniform with blazer

Adults/other guests (including siblings): smart casual attire

Please note: all attendees - including student rugby players - must book to attend.

ISP Soccer Carnival 

On Friday the 2nd of August we went to the ISP Soccer Carnival at Pat Goodridge reserve. It was a beautiful day, and everyone was happy to be out in the sunshine. Mercy College teamed up with Football West to provide a skills session before the competition started. 

We teamed up with Mercedes and our name was Merinity. We played a couple of different schools to see who would play in the grand final and Merinity came in 3rd place. We watched Lake Joondalup Baptist College play against Holy Cross College in the grand final and Holy Cross College   came out winners.

The day finished off with a student’s vs staff game where the Mercy College students were too good for the teachers and took out the victory.  

It was a great day to be out and about.
