PINC

On 1 August, Trinity College hosted its inaugural PINC (Parents for the Inclusion of Neurodivergent Children) event. The gathering brought together parents of children of all ages and abilities, along with neuro-affirming healthcare professionals, advocates, and other professionals. Our keynote speaker, Claire Britton, delivered a passionate and thoughtful speech on advocacy and striving for educational change. The event also included a Q&A session, allowing guests to ask questions on important topics and share their experiences with the wider community.

PINC aims to create a network that shares triumphs, challenges, information, and resources to ensure that Trinity College is a neuro-affirming space for all. A key part of this initiative is encouraging parents to come together, share their experiences, and advocate for change. If you would like to join the PINC community but were unable to attend the event, please email Ms Calegari at calegari.natalee@trinity.wa.edu.au to register your interest.

Stay tuned for upcoming PINC events!
