Wk 8 - Wed 11th June - Boys Netball / Girls Footy Day (Yr 5/ 6)

Wk 9 - Wed 18th June - Region Cross Ciountry (for those who qualify)

Southern Peninsula Division Swimming Championships - This Wednesday at Yawa

This Wednesday, 13 students from St Joseph's School will represent both our school and the Phillip District of Schools in a variety of strokes and events.  We qualified for the Division Swimming Championships to be held on Wednesday 26th March in 17 out a possible 31 events. Though we are a little school, we are filled with big-hearted students!  A special thank you to Annabel Wilson who has continued to coach our swimmers to help them keep up their training, so that they will be primed and ready to compete on Wednesday! Below, we can see some happy pics of our swimmers at their early morning Tuesday sessions over the past two weeks. 

Our Division Swimmers will include : 

Pia Brueckner (breastroke, backstroke & relay - 9/10 yr)

Kirra Galbraith (butterfly & relay - 9/10 yr)

9/10 Freestyle Girls Relay - Pia Brueckner, Kirra Galbraith, Bel Walsh and Evie White

Ryan McManus (freestyle, breaststroke, relay - 9/10 yr & open medley relay )

Oliver O'Brien (backstroke, butterfly & relay - 9/10 yr)

9/10 Freestyle Boys Relay - Ryan McManus, Oliver O'Brien, Knox McKay & Myles Birch

Charlie Muller (breaststroker & butterfly - 11 yr)

Isabella Willcock (backstroke & breaststroke - 11 yr)

Alfred Hindle (MC Freestyle & Butterfly, freestyle relay & Open Medley)

12/13 Freestyle Boys Relay - Billy Morton, Alfred Hindle, Jack Barry & Charlie Walsh

Open Medley - Charlie Walsh, Jack Barry, Ryan McManus (10 yr old) and Alfred Hindle.
