NAPLAN Testing

Our Year 3 and 5 students began Naplan testing this week. NAPLAN assesses literacy and numeracy skills that students are learning through their regular school curriculum. 

Students sit assessments in writing, reading, conventions of language (spelling, grammar and punctuation) and numeracy. The questions assess content linked to the Australian Curriculum: English and Mathematics.

The timetable next week will be:

Monday, 17th March 2025

 Year 3 – Conventions of Language – 9:00 am (45 mins)

 Year 5 – Conventions of Language – 10:00 am (40 mins)

 Year 3 – Numeracy – 11:30 am (45 mins)

 Year 5 – Numeracy – 12:30 pm (50 mins)
