We have had a great week in the 1/2 classroom!
In Maths, students have been working hard to complete their Essential Assessment tasks and have shown great perseverance.
In Writing, we have been focusing on using correct punctuation. Students are practising how to make their sentences clear and complete and they’re beginning to apply these skills confidently in their own writing.
In Reading, we have been enjoying the text Jetty Jumping. The class has been exploring the characters, discussing the themes of bravery and friendship and sharing their favourite moments.
Well done to all students for their wonderful effort across all areas this week.
