Junior School Council

This year, our Junior School Council proudly took the lead in organizing, planning, and running our Remembrance Day Assembly. Over several weeks, the students worked collaboratively to design a meaningful and respectful ceremony that honoured the significance of November 11.

Council members carefully planned the order of events, selected readings and poems, and prepared thoughtful reflections about the importance of remembrance in our school community. They coordinated music, and rehearsed their speaking roles to ensure the assembly ran smoothly. On the day, each member demonstrated confidence and leadership as they welcomed classes, guided the program, and supported younger students in participating respectfully.

Their commitment and teamwork resulted in a thoughtful and moving ceremony that helped our entire school pause, reflect, and remember. We are incredibly proud of the maturity, compassion, and dedication shown by our Junior School Council.
