Italian Day 2025 – A Wonderful Celebration!
What an incredible day we had celebrating Italian Day 2025! From the vibrant costumes to the amazing effort put in by everyone involved, it was a truly wonderful celebration of Italian culture, community, and cuisine.
A huge thank you to the students, for making such a great effort in dressing up and getting into the spirit of it all, Ms Lynda for taking on the role as official photographer and Ms. Alison for creating the costume awards.
The delicious pizza and gelati were definite highlights, bringing smiles to everyone's faces. An enormous thank you to the P&F for generously paying for the gelati which everyone enjoyed immensely.
Also, a huge thank you to Andrea Serpanos for organising the pizza lunch orders for the students and for ordering the delicious pizzas for all the staff!!!
Thanks also to our Office Staff for making payments, sending out reminders and organising the gelati order form which helped everything run smoothly!
No Italian celebration would be complete without great music and a cup of Espresso coffee for the teachers!! Thanks to Mr. Hogan, Mr. Mammone and Mr. Romeo for setting up the sound system and music for the parade and Ms. Teresa for organising the much-needed Espresso coffee!
Grazie mille to everyone who participated and helped bring Italian Day 2025 to life. What a great celebration!

This term, our Year 5 students have been exploring Laudato Si’, Pope Francis’ letter which calls us to care for our common home, the Earth. As part of their learning, the year level has contributed to a special student-created booklet. Inside, you will find explanations of Laudato Si’ as well as practical actions we can all take to protect and care for creation.
Please see the information below for more details on how to purchase a booklet.
