Year 11 Students Gain Valuable Insights During Industry Visits

On Thursday 4th September our Year 11 students had the chance to visit three local industry leaders — Sapphire Nutrition, Truck and Trailer Sales, and Boss Engineering.

At Sapphire Nutrition, students saw how high-quality nutritional products are produced, with a focus on precision, quality control, and innovation. 

At Truck and Trailer Sales, they learnt about vehicle sales, maintenance, and the logistics behind managing heavy-duty trucks and trailers. 

At Boss Engineering, students explored engineering trades such as metal fabrication, machinery operation, and design through hands-on experiences and conversations with professionals.

These visits gave students a real-world look at the skills and knowledge needed in manufacturing and engineering — helping them explore future career pathways.
