Congratulations to our most recent Award winners!

Families and friends are invited to attend the Grandparents/Special Persons Day Liturgy in the hall on Friday October 17 at 9.15am which will include Award presentations.

Foundation

  • Eden P (FSC) - 'Be Your Best' for working hard on and achieving her goal of reading words the ‘fast way’ during ‘Goal Time.’  You are reading so well now Eden.  Keep up the wonderful work! 

  • Wyatt C (FSC) - 'Be Your Best' for working hard on improving his reading by reading his readers consistently at home.  Keep up the great work Wyatt! 

  • Flynn G (FBW) - 'Be Responsible' for continuing to use beautiful manners in the classroom and showing respect for your peers and their learning.

  • Aubrey L (FBW) - 'Be Your Best' for working hard to complete writing tasks that you are proud of.  It is wonderful to see you wanting to write more each day Aubrey. Keep up the great work!

Year 1 & 2

  • Logan V (12ZH) - 'Be Your Best' for starting Term 4 with some great listening skills. You respond with your best listening skills during our cue-to-start and show respect when listening to your peers.  Keep up the great work. 

  • Daisy K (12ZH) - 'Help Others Succeed' for showing your support for other students in our classroom and offering help whenever you can.  You make a great friend for our class.  Well done!

  • Asher C (12CL) - 'Be Your Best' for consistently being an excellent role model. It is wonderful to see you being the best learner you can be and following classroom expectations.  You are a superstar Asher!

  • Essie C (12CL) - 'Be Responsible' for always being extremely helpful. I really appreciate your ‘reminders’ throughout the day to make sure all of our classroom jobs have been completed.  Thank you, Essie!

  • Lenny B (12GM) - 'Be Your Best' for demonstrating a wonderful understanding of your timetables. You were able to solve multiplication and division problems using groups of, drawing arrays and by using repeated addition.  Great work Lenny!

  • Laylah K (12GM) - 'Be Your Best' for making significant progress with your reading and reading fluency. Your ability to decode unknown sounds has progressed and you’re able to link these sounds together to read fluently.  Great job Laylah!

Year 3 & 4

  • Kyla W (34JM) - 'Help Others Succeed' for always being so kind, thoughtful and considerate of others. Kyla, you are always willing to help out and share your wonderful ideas.  Well done, keep up the great work!

  • Ash D (34JM) - 'Be Your Best' for working so hard to successfully get your pen licence.  Ash, you were so focused and improved your handwriting so much!  Well done, keep up the super work!

  • Flynn G (34MH) - 'Be Your Best' for working enthusiastically on Maths Mates tasks, taking time to think mathematically to solve problems. Brilliant work Flynn!

  • Ava S (34MH) - 'Be Your Best' for contributing to class discussions and prayer thoughtfully and with genuine compassion for others.  Ava, you have impeccable manners and you show kindness to your classmates. 

  • Alec E (34MH) - 'Be Your Best' for working cooperatively with others to solve problem solving questions.  Alec, you are using great strategies to think your way through tricky problems.

  • William C (34LB) - 'Be Your Best' for reading with great expression and fluency in the classroom.  Well done, William!

  • Emily T (34LB) - 'Be Responsible' for listening attentively and participating in learning with great enthusiasm.  Excellent effort, Emily!

     

 

Year 5 & 6

  • Hunter N (56TD) - 'Be Your Best' for using his class time effectively to create a detailed and descriptive plan for his narrative.  Well done, Hunter.

  • Aubrey McK (56TD) - 'Be Your Best' for incorporating figurative language and the 5 senses to create an engaging introduction for your narrative. You demonstrated a great use of similes and personification to engage the reader.  Well done, Aubrey. 

  • Lucy L (56EN) - 'Be Your Best' for her effort and dedication towards her role as Tin Man. Lucy, you have worked hard to create such a vibrant and entertaining character.  Great work!

  • Leo S (56EN) - 'Be Responsible' for being so reliable and capable of taking on many extra roles in his learning. Leo, you strive to show your capabilities and dedicate effort towards all areas of your learning and take on extra roles within the classroom.  Thank you!

  • Oliver C (56NW) - 'Be Your Best' for writing some awesome facts about our new Inquiry topic; Wild, World Weather. The detail and high standard of work was incredible to see.

  • Hamish T (56NW) - 'Be Responsible' for your incredible dedication and responsibility you display towards your role in the production. It’s always a pleasure to see you giving it 100 per cent. 

 

Specialist  

THE ARTS (Foundation – Yr 2)

  • Toby H (FSC) - 'Be Your Best' for taking your time to complete a colourful tin foil collage of the Tin Man. Y our work is beautifully done.

  • Riley McA (12ZH) - 'Be Your Best' for showing a great understanding of ‘Pop Art’ and the works of Andy Warhol, your final piece on the can of ‘dragon soup’ was amazing!

PFA Art Fundraiser

Last term in art with Mrs Ryan, the students created an art piece for our "Crazy Camel" fundraiser.

 

Student's artwork is turned into beautiful keepsakes, such as tea towels, calendars, tote bags and journals.

 

Samples of the above products are currently on display in the office foyer, should you wish to see the quality prior to ordering.

 

Ordering will be done online via a QR code and opens on Friday October 17, 2025.

 

All products purchased will be delivered to the school in time for Christmas.
