To ensure the safety of all students and ease congestion during busy times, we ask that families use the designated drop-off and pick-up bay on Lilleys Road.

❌ The Burke Street entrance is our main bus access point and becomes heavily congested. Please avoid using this area during peak times.

  • The Visitor and Staff parking near Administration is for pre-arranged appointments only and not for drop-off or pick-up.
  • The Hall car park is for staff parking only and is not a drop-off area.

Thank you for helping us keep our school safe and running smoothly.

Drouin Bus Update

We are pleased to announce the establishment of a dedicated private bus service for students residing in the Drouin area, commencing in 2026.

A draft map outlining the proposed route through the Drouin township is available for interested families. To request a copy or to submit an application, please contact us via email at buses@mscw.vic.edu.au.

The cost per student will be $1,500 per year and is payable under the same terms and conditions as tuition fees

Please note that seats on the government bus network from the Drouin township are now extremely limited. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to offer as many places on this system as in previous years.

We encourage families to apply early to secure a place on the new private route.

PAM Permission Forms

A reminder to all families that parental permission for excursions, overnight stays, or any other activities must be submitted through PAM (Parent Access Module). If you experience any issues logging into PAM, please contact the College so we can assist you in re-establishing your access.

Please note that permissions close 24 hours before the event, and verbal, email or phone permissions cannot be accepted in accordance with the policy of our employer, DOSCEL (Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Ltd).

We appreciate your understanding and support in this matter.
