As we move towards the end of Term 3, it has been fantastic to see our students embracing opportunities across year levels to contribute to our school community.
Our Year 10 VCE:VM students did a wonderful job running the Father’s Day Stall, ensuring all gifts were well-organised and creating a great experience for our school community.
Meanwhile, our Year 11 VCE:VM students hosted a warm and welcoming Father’s Day breakfast, showing excellent teamwork and hospitality skills. A special thank you to all staff and students involved in making these events so memorable for families.
Adding some fun and spirit to the term, the Year 12 cohort enjoyed a light-hearted dress-up day with the theme “If I was famous…” From movie stars to sporting heroes, the creativity and enthusiasm on display reminded us of the importance of celebrating milestones together.
For students undertaking a Year 12 subject, the upcoming practice exams during the holidays are an essential opportunity to prepare for final assessments. These exams allow students to build confidence, identify areas for improvement, and experience exam conditions ahead of the real thing. We encourage students to approach them with commitment and purpose.
As we head into the final stretch of the year, we would like to remind all students and families of some key expectations:
Uniform: Students are expected to wear the correct school uniform every day. This reflects pride in our school and ensures a consistent standard.
Attendance: Regular attendance is one of the key factors in achieving success at school. We ask parents and carers to continue supporting their child’s consistent attendance.
Events Policy: With many significant occasions in Term 4, including end-of-year celebrations and final assessments, it is important that all students meet school expectations to fully participate in these events.
We thank our students, staff, and families for their ongoing support and commitment, and we look forward to an exciting Term 4 ahead.
