Home Group Report

Gabi Dumesny

In Week 7, our Year 7–9 students had the exciting opportunity to present their Legacy Project speeches to leadership, teachers, and their peers during year level assemblies.

The Legacy Project is designed to empower students to think about the impact they can have on their school and community. Throughout Term 3 in Homegroup, classes have worked together to brainstorm issues they care about, develop practical solutions, and pitch their ideas as a team.

Each class selected representatives to deliver their pitch, showcasing not only their creativity but also their collaboration, problem-solving and public speaking skills. The quality of the ideas and the passion behind them highlighted the commitment of our students to making a positive difference.
