A reminder that school finishes for the term next Friday 19th September at 2.20pm
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Last Friday we started off with our Father's Day breakfast and then our P-6 Athletics at the Windridge oval. What a great day we all had. Thank you to the families who found the time to join us at these events and to the staff for the extra work planning, organising and running these opportunities.
RU Ok? Day
Today students and staff recognised RU OK? Day. They wore yellow and participated in class activities learning about how to ask people if they are ok.
State School Spectacular
Good luck to our VSSS team who left early this morning for a full day of rehearsals at John Cain arena today and tomorrow and then two full shows - one on Saturday afternoon and the other Saturday night. A big couple of days ahead for these students and the staff involved. A special mention to Shelley for the enormous amount of work planning and organising this and the support she has given the students to ensure they are prepared and ready.
Progress Reports
Student progress reports will be live on XUNO next Thursday 18th of September. If you require a printed copy please contact the office. Please note parent teacher interviews will be on Wednesday 15th October. (Bookings open on the 6th Oct).

2026 Student Numbers
It's that time of year when we begin working through 2026 planning, class structures, staffing and recruitment processes.
As we begin the planning process for 2026, we would appreciate parents notifying the school if your child/ren will not be returning to Rochester Primary School in 2026, as soon as possible.
