We’re gearing up for an unforgettable night at the GPS School Disco!

Tickets

If you did not pre purchase tickets,  you can still buy them on the night for $22. Head to the table with the eftpos machine on arrival and you can tap or pay for your child's entry.

Sign in and Out

Here are some important details to ensuredrop off and pick up runs smoothly:

Junior Kids - please drop off your child at the Junior Campus Entry (corner Charles and Landcox Streets) Sign in and receive a stamp to say "you're in!"

At pickup time, parents you will not be allowed into the disco, please wait at the Teacher Carpark and we will bring students out. Please SIGN them out too!

Senior Kids - Drop-off and pick-up points for seniors will be at the Junior Campus Entry (corner Charles and Landcox streets). Senior kids will also need  to be signed in and out!

Important: no early birds will be admitted to either disco, so plan accordingly! All kids must be signed in and out at the entry and exit points.

Important

Children will not be allowed to enter the disco early so if you have signed up to help please arrange for your children to come to the disco with a friend! Having kids there is really tricky to get things organised, set up and restocked.

Spending Money

Ticket includes entry and one sausage. Your hand will be stamped once you receive your free sausage. Don’t forget to bring some money for all the fun treats and stalls we have lined up. It’s going to be a blast!  See the pricelist. There are also some extra things like lucky dips and more!

Parent Helpers

Please make sure a copy of your WWC check is at the office and you've done your volunteer agreement. If you haven't you wont be able to stay. SIGN UP LINK: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0E4CADAC2AA6F5C43-51447863-gpskids/69713864#/

Pack Up

We still need helpers at the end of the night to help with pack down. This will involve trestle tables and putting things back. Not major cleaning as the cleaners are coming on Saturday. If you really can't help for an hour 8.30-9.30pm consider contributing to a cleaning fee. This is something new as usually it's us parents with the vacuum and mop so this will be greatly appreciated. Click here to contribute.

Baking

Think honey joys, brownies, cookies, cupcakes and slices!  Please remember, the disco is a nut free event! If your treat also falls into the dairy-free, egg-free or gluten-free category, then please label it so more kids have the opportunity to buy these delicious treats. Drop off is during the day in the Junior Campus hall. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0E4CADAC2AA6F5C43-bakers/69713864#/
