Year 4 and Foundation!

This week, the Year 4 students and Foundation classes came together to explore the Habit; 'Begin with the End in Mind!'. We kicked off our session by reading the classic fable, The Tortoise and the Hare. This story served as a perfect illustration to spark a vibrant discussion around goal-setting and the importance of strategies in achieving success.

As we delved into the tale, students were encouraged to think critically about the hare's choices and actions throughout the race.

To reinforce their understanding, the Year 4 students collaborated with the Foundation students to create a poster showcasing their insights. This poster will be proudly displayed in the Foundation building, serving as a reminder of the importance of goal-setting and perseverance.

We concluded our session with a delightful lunch together, fostering friendships and a sense of community. Everyone is looking forward to the next get together and we can’t wait to see what new activities we’ll explore next time!
