Ariel, your contribution to our phonics lessons this week was amazing! The way you actively participated and confidently shared your silly sentences and the correct spellings of the 'e' sound in bingo was great! Keep up the awesome work!

Congratulations Erica on your confidence to answer questions posed to the whole class. Your recount writing on book Snap! was excellent and included many directional and recount specific words. Keep up that great work. 

Ashley, well done on your wonderful learning in Maths last week. You confidently completed fact families to show your understanding of the relationship between addition and subtraction. I was also really impressed to see you challenge yourself with subtracting 3 digit numbers for the jump strategy and the split strategy. Congratulations, Ashley!

Vihaan, well done on the wonderful contributions you make during class discussions. Your ideas are always well thought out and you are careful to explain what you are thinking carefully and precisely. Wonderful work, keep it up!

Congratulations Ariya on your attitude towards Mathematics last week. You showed a willingness to challenge yourself during our subtraction unit and were willing to take risks with your learning. As a result, you have made excellent growth. Well done! 

Rebecca, your sentence writing last week was incredible. You wrote many wonderful sentences to describe your animal design. I was also very impressed with your procedural writing on how to get ready for a school day. Awesome effort!

Congratulations Sayuni on your amazing writing about whether an orca would make a good pet at home. You have used a range of persuasive techniques to convince the reader about your opinion. It was also great to see you show our school's value of care for one of our classmates on our walk back from the swimming pool after they had injured themselves. Keep it up!

Congratulations Jamie on the enormous, determined and awesome improvements you have demonstrated in your daily learning throughout the past few weeks. I have been very proud of observing you display such maturity, resilience and authentic work ethics. You are definitely a wonderful contributor to class discussions, a productive team leader and have attentively assisted your peers when they have confronted task challenges. You are a shining bright star in 4P!

Congratulations Costa on your wonderful effort this week in the planning and drafting of your first paragraph for your persuasive writing. Your paragraph opener which included the simile "The Titan pig is as big as a dinosaur", will be very engaging for your readers. Your added reasons for why we should buy your Titan Pig were also very convincing. Keep up the great work.

Congratulations Chiyun for being a mature and self-motivated learner. You always use classroom time well and produce work of a high standard. Outside the classroom you make sure you include classmates into your games, you play fairly, and you show good sportsmanship skills. Well done and keep up the fantastic work! 

Congratulations Bella on your tremendous work ethic! Every single day you are motivated to learn, use manners and present your work to a brilliant standard. Your persuasive piece on the importance of school uniforms was full of evidence and statistics to back up your reasons. You also included engaging scenarios and complex sentences.
