We are learning to research in order to plan a procedural text that considers the audience and purpose.
VOCABULARY
Research: Investigation into and study of materials and sources in order to establish facts and reach new conclusions.
Procedural: Gives step by step instructructions on how to do or make something.
Structure: The overall organisation of a piece of writing.
Purpose: Why we need it - the reason for which something exists or is done, made, used, etc.

Using the above website students are to research a variety of different recipes and create their own by incorporating healthy foods from the healthy eating food guide that they have learnt about last week.
Students can generate ideas to use in their own recipe.
Example: Carrot bake instead of a Zucchini bake.
