STUDENT ENROMENT INFORMATION FORM

It is necessary to ensure that our enrolment database is accurate, this includes student, family, family contact, access/risk and medical details. We ask for your assistance by reviewing the Student Enrolment Information Form for each of your children which has been emailed to you. We apologise in advance if you have already provided this information and your situation has not changed.

Thank you for your cooperation.  It would be greatly appreciated if you could complete this review and submit your updated Student Enrolment Information Form by Friday 28th June, the end of Term 2.

The 2024 Parent Payments are available on Compass through Course Confirmation.  

2024 AGREEMENTS

For those parents yet to complete their 2024 agreements please do so ASAP.  Please ensure that in addition to the radio button please type explicitly either YES or NO in the question box for each agreement.  If you don't then your agreement response will be invalid.  

• 2024 HEPS ICT Acceptable Use Agreement (FD-4) or (L5-L6);
• 2024 Permission Photographs, Film and Recording; and
• 2024 Local Excursion Consent

Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund, (CSEF )

How Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund is used

The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) provides payments for eligible students to attend activities like:

• school camps or trips
• swimming and school-organised sport programs
• outdoor education programs
• excursions and incursions.

Families holding a valid means-tested concession card or temporary foster parents are eligible to apply. A special consideration category also exists. Schools must receive applications from families by 28 June 2024.

Payment amounts

Payments for 2024 are:

• $150 per year for eligible primary school students

Payments are made directly to the school:

• from March onwards each year where the parent/carer’s concession card is assessed as valid on the first day of Term 1 and
• until 28 June where the parent/carer’s concession card is assessed as valid on the first day of Term 2.

Payments are for the application year and cannot be claimed for previous years.

If your child received CSEF in 2023, there is no need to re-apply, your application will be rolled over.  If your family has a new sibling or your child is a new enrolment at HEPS in 2024 then a new application will be required.

Application forms are available from the office or below.  Please submit with a copy of your concession card.
