Principal's News

All students attending St Louis de Montfort's Aspendale have the right to feel safe. The care, safety and wellbeing of children and young people is a fundamental responsibility of all within our school.

Good afternoon families,

The winter is about to hit us as you can feel it in the air.

Next week is Reconciliation Week and we will be celebrating it in the classrooms. On Thursday 30 May your children are invited to wear a touch, red, yellow, black, blue or green with their full school uniform. These colours represent the colours in the Aboriginal and Torres Strait flags

The Little Long Walk will be on Wednesday 5 June. More information will be sent out later in the week.

Thank you to Frank and our 3 dads who helped us with Mulch week. 35 cubic metres of mulch was spread throughout the school. Thank you to the grades that also helped with spreading the love.

Congratulations to 4 of our Year 6 students who participated in the Kingston Junior Lord Major competition.

They were outstanding and represented St Louis' so well. Good job team.

Congratulations to 3 of our students who have gone through to the Regional Cross Country. I wish them all the very best for there next endeavour.

The PFA  are running a Chocolate Drive for the next 3 weeks. The money we raise will go towards loose part play for all the students in the school.

Enjoy your weekend
