VPC POLISH Program

A group of Dandenong High School students recently had the opportunity to participate in the Beacon Foundation Polish program. Hosted by the amazing team at Cummins South Pacific, students got to see first-hand the real world of work and took part in a range of activities to help prepare them for transition into the workforce. Students upskilled on applying for jobs and interview preparation, including identifying their valuable transferrable skills, and had an opportunity to take part in mock interviews with Cummins staff. Student feedback was overwhelmingly positive - they had an extremely valuable learning experience!
