Meet Our New Librarian

Hi everyone!

My name is Mitch and I’ve taken over in the library for Term 4.

I have worked here at Newlands as a Language Assistant in the first half of last year before spending a year teaching in Madrid.

 I love to read and play chess, so I’ve been having a great time in the library. I’ve been busy setting up a corner full of books in Spanish and bilingual ones too. 

Come check it out during lunchtime on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and after school on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
