First Aid

First Aid Officers Ros Argent, Maria McIver and Heidi Van Eck

We would like to say thank you to parents for working together with us in regards to the care and wellbeing of the students throughout this year.  Your understanding and support with school requirements and policies helps us ensure that students’ needs are met to the highest possible standard.

Collection of Medications

As the conclusion of the 2023 school year is rapidly approaching, we wish to advise parents that we DO NOT store student medications here at the College over the long school holiday period.

Please collect your child's medications from the First Aid Room before or on their final day of school. This is particularly relevant to Senior School Students at this point in time as they complete their school year before the official end of Term.

Updating Care Plans

Medication Plans, Asthma Care Plans and other Health Care Plans need to be updated annually or whenever there is a change in the care needs for a student. If your child’s Health Care Plan is due to be updated, the school holidays are an ideal time toget this in order ready for the 2024 school year.

Medication Plans and Asthma Care Plans can be downloaded from the College website https://emmauscc.sa.edu.au/life-learning/student-wellbeing/medication-and-first-aid or you can collect a blank form from the First Aid Officers. If you have any questions please contact one of the First Aid Officers.

Returning Borrowed Clothes

If your child has borrowed clothes from the First Aid Room recently can you please ensure that they have been returned.

Thank you!
