This triumph held special significance for Linda and Boston, as Boston's lineage traces back to his grandfather who Linda imported from Canada.

Eric Chase, Principal for FN HUB, has reason to celebrate as his daughter, Jemma, and her partner Alvaro Pasek emerged as the champions of House Rules NZ, securing a whopping $100,000 in prize money.
Over the course of five intense weeks, Jemma and Alvaro dedicated themselves to renovating their fellow contestants' homes, and their unwavering commitment paid off in a big way. In a heartwarming twist, their closest competition, Martinique and André, secured the second-place position.
Jemma and Alvaro decided to share their success by gifting them $20,000 of their prize money. This act of generosity had been a longstanding promise by the gracious couple long before their win.
