Year 8 Girls Table Tennis runners-up at region finals. 

After easily accounting for Cranbourne West and Westall in our pool games, the girls went on to play Glen Eira in the final. They were a much more formidable opponent than in previous games, and while the MCC girls could win a few games, we lost that match and, therefore, finished second on the day. Great effort, girls!

Southern Metro finals 

Congrats to all our students who competed at the Southern Metro Finals on the 5th of October at Ballam Park!

Cayden Bell- placed 1st in Long Jump & 100m - 2nd in Shot Put, 200m & 800m

Taliah Black- placed1st in Discuss & Shot Put

Kosta Leonardos- placed 2nd in Discuss & 4th in Shot Put.

Bella Shaw- placed 2nd in Long jump & 5th in 200m

Jhett Triep- placed 3rd in 200m & 4th in 800m

Mikayla Williamson- placed 4th in the Shot Put

Mason Snowden- placed 4th in the Shot Put

Makayla Black- placed in 4th Hurdles.

A fantastic achievement by all, and best wishes to Cayden & Taliah for progressing to the State final!

State Athletics Finals  

Congratulations to Cayden Bell and Taliah Black, who competed at the State Finals at Lakeside Stadium on the 19th of October.

Cayden Bell - placed 4th Long Jump, 5th in 100m, 5th in 800m, 6th Shot Put, and 6th 200m & Taliah Black-  placed 5th in Discuss & 6th in Shot Put.
