Family Fun Night
Family Fun Night is fast approaching! Please put this date in your diaries: Friday, 17 November, 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm.
For families new to our school, Family Fun Night is not only to raise funds for our campus but also to enhance a positive spirit between our two schools and the broader community. The night is full of fun, stalls, amusements, food, prizes and a major raffle. Funds from this year’s campus fundraiser will go towards the final payment for our Nature Play area.

How are you all going with selling your raffle tickets? If you have sold all of your allocation and can sell more, please contact us!
Unsold raffle books, raffle stubs and money are to be returned to the front office via the payments box by Monday, 6 November.
The raffle will be drawn at the entertainment area at 7:00 p.m. on Family Fun Night: 17 November 2023. Winners will be contacted by phone on Monday, 20 November if not present on the night. Results will be published in the OLOH and GPS newsletters in week 6, term 4.
We have so many amazing prizes up for grabs for our raffle this year and encourage you to sell as many tickets as you can. Take a look at the video below to see a selection of the major prizes. All funds raised go towards the final payment for the new nature play area.

Hybrid Payment Model
To support families who prefer to avoid using cash, the Family Fun Night committee have introduced a hybrid payment model for 2023. Families will still be able to use cash, however, tokens can also be purchased in lieu of cash and can be used on the night. EFTPOS will not be available at Campus stalls.
To minimize lineups for the purchase of tokens on the night, families are encouraged to pre-purchase tokens using the Qkr! app. Pre-purchased tokens sales will close on Sunday, 12 November and tokens will be issued prior to the event.
Please see below for additional information and terms and conditions:
- Each token has a $1.00 value
- Tokens can be purchased on the Qkr! app in multiples of 10 for $10
- Tokens will be sent home, via the child whose profile was used for purchase, on Thursday, 16 November
- Students may be asked to sign for tokens received
- Unused tokens are non-refundable
- Lost/damaged tokens will not be replaced
- Additional tokens will be available for purchase on the night with EFTPOS accepted
- All Campus stalls will accept tokens, however, please be aware that community stalls and amusement rides will not accept tokens
- Please note that cash will still be accepted at all stalls however EFTPOS will not be accepted at Campus stalls.
