5 weeks until fete day and we're calling all families to help

• We need things to sell 
• Volunteers for fete day and beforehand
• Leads on donations or good pricing for food, alcohol and silent auction - we need your hustle! Who do you know? how can you help?

KEY ROLES WE NEED TO FILL ASAP

WASH STATION LEADER

A fresh leader is needed for this important fete role. Sustainability is a key value of CNPS and having the wash station on fete day stops huge amounts of waste going to landfill. Pretty cool! Previous leader is available for advice before the fete and on fete day.

Job description:

-manage the wash stall with 2 commercial dishwashers

-wash the CNPS glasses and plates before fete day

-lead volunteers on the day

-return washed dishes and glasses to shipping container when done

FOOD COORDINATOR

The Lee Street Fete is known for its freshly made, homemade and diverse food options. The fearless foodies who lead the food and drinks stalls would love someone to help coordinate and source ingredients. You would also be working with the lovely logistics team to check and prepare equipment. 

COFFEE STALL 

Are you or do you know any baristas, café owners or coffee cart owners? Any coffee people willing to donate their time, beans or machines would be fantastic.

HAIRDRESSING, FACE PAINTING OR GLAMOUR SKILLS

Please share your talents with us for fete day. 

PRE-FETE VOLUNTEERS 

Clothes, toys and books donations need to be sorted as they come in, so if you have some time during school hours please come to the school office foyer and lend a hand. 

STAGE MANAGER

We are looking for someone to manage the acts on the stage for the fete day. It includes scheduling and coordinating the acts. This would be great for a couple of people to share. This is a fun one!
