Principal's Report

Happy New Year and welcome to 2025! I trust that everyone had a lovely break and is feeling enthusiastic for the year ahead.  It is hard to believe that we are already into the third week of the term, and I hope that all students are settling into their routines.

I'd like to extend a warm welcome to the following new staff members at Seymour College: Melanie Foster, Danielle Pearce, Tayla Root, Jaimee-Lee Tobin, Philip Stranieri, Hannah Playfoot, Ben Borrelli, Shonel Loring, Erin Leddin and Zareen Sharf.  We are excited to have them on board.  I would also like to warmly welcome back all of our fantastic returning staff members and wish everyone a successful and rewarding year ahead.  

This year, Year 7 and Year 10 students have received their new laptops and many of our students have had the opportunity to participate in various excursions and camps.  We are also looking forward to the upcoming House Swimming Sports Carnival on Friday 14th February.  Additionally, Year 7 students have the Rubicon Camp scheduled for the end of February.
