What Parents Want Survey Now Open
Clayfield College invites our parent community to take part in the Independent Schools Queensland 'What Parents Want' Survey, open from 10 February to 24 March. This survey helps us understand the key factors influencing school choice and ensures we continue to meet the needs of our families. We encourage parents, especially those of Prep, Year 7, and new students, to share their insights.

2026 Scholarship Applications Close Next Month
Clayfield College is excited to offer a range of scholarship opportunities for students entering Years 7 to 11 in 2026. These scholarships and bursaries provide talented, hardworking, and dedicated students the chance to excel in their studies and contribute to the Clayfield community.

Clayfield College provides the following opportunities for new and current students:
- General Excellence Scholarships – Awarded to students demonstrating excellence in Sports, The Arts, Leadership, or Community Service.
- Boarding Bursaries – Supporting students who wish to join our welcoming and dynamic boarding community.

Message from the Finance Team
It has come to our attention that there may be discrepancies between the amounts detailed on Parent Statements, compared with what is appearing on Parent Lounge. Our team is working to resolve the matter.

Opening Hours for 2025
The Uniform Shop's standard opening hours are as follows:

New HPE Uniform Stock Update
From 2025, the College is transitioning to a new HPE uniform and as such, the Uniform Shop will only be stocking the new items moving forward. You can view the new HPE uniform within the Uniform Policy at the link below.
If you have pre-ordered new HPE Uniform items, they are now available for collectio, save for the bike pants (girls) and shorts (girls).
