Student Learning Conferences

Week 10 of Term 2 is an important opportunity to discuss your child’s progress with their teacher. Our 10-minute Student Learning Conferences are designed to celebrate achievements and set goals for the future.

Important Dates & Times

• Tuesday, June 23rd: 3:25PM -5:25PM
• Wednesday, June 24th (Early Dismissal): 2:35 PM – 6:25 PM
  • Please note: Students finish school at 2:30 PM on this day.
• Thursday, June 25th: 3:25 PM – 4:25 PM

Bookings open via Compass on Tuesday, June 16th at 9:00 AM. We encourage you to book early to secure your preferred time slot.

Attendance Guidelines

• Years 3–6: Students are expected to attend and participate in the conversation with their parents/guardians.
• Foundation–Year 2: Student attendance is optional.

• Siblings: To ensure a focused and productive discussion, we kindly ask that siblings do not attend the conference.

   

To assist with childcare on the Wednesday early dismissal day, Team Kids will be available starting from 2:30 PM. Please contact them directly to make a booking.
