CELEBRATING WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY 5TH JUNE

To celebrate World Environment Day, Year 7 and 8 Indonesian students researched on the challenges to our environment with a focus on the rainforests, orang-utans, palm oil and climate change.

Students shared their findings, including creating handwritten/drawn posters to raise awareness on the challenges to the Orang-utans’ habitats and food supply. Students designed Indonesian and multilingual posters. Below are sample posters. Best 3 posters from each level won palm oil-free lollies and gummy bears! Well done to all students!
