All students attending St Louis de Montfort's Aspendale have the right to feel safe. The care, safety and wellbeing of children and young people is a fundamental responsibility of all within our school.

It has been a very busy week with our amazing Art Show. It was wonderful to see so many families wandering throughout the school on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon.
Our school choir did a great job with opening the Art Show and a huge thank you to Tanya Jhoomun for her training of our choir, who sang like angels.
The Art Show would not be possible without the gigantic effort from all the staff. Special thank you must go to Tanya Stefanec, Laura Duly and Toni Moser for their tireless work all year in pulling together such an amazing variety of art from every student in the school.
The silent auction was a success and we raised $1800 which will go back into arts supplies that were used for this year's art show.
Thank you to Frank for cooking the sausage sizzle on Thursday and to Jimmy and Sam, two year 4 students for supplying the music on Thursday afternoon. Well done boys.
Yesterday was World Teacher's day and I would like to acknowledge the wonderful staff we have at St Louis. Our staff are hard working, dedicated and professional in teaching our students. Thank you to the Learning Support Officers, Administration staff, the Leadership team and of course Frank, Lisa and Michael who all contribute to the education of all the students at St Louis.
This week we have had another 2024 prep orientation session that went really well and all the new preps are so excited about starting school, ' after Christmas'. Thank you to the staff who supported the transition morning.

Monday 27 November - Swimming program starts - Prep - year 2
Tuesday 28 November - Swimming training 7 am - 8 am Toby Heanan Chelsea Heights years 2-5
