Macedon Primary School Fete

Volunteers Needed:

Can you spare 1 hour to ensure the fete is a wonderful experience for all? Please contact the office to be put in contact with class coordinators or a fete committee member.

Can Donations:

Mr O is organising some fun games for the Fete and has requested any donations of empty, clean cans.

The cans could be 375 ml drink cans, or preferably preserved food cans, like baked beans, in 200 to 500 gram cans.

These can be dropped in the box located in the foyer.

Our local community has generously provided a wide range of wonderful items for the Fete Silent Auction. Come and see what's on offer in the JCB on Fete Day, Sunday 12th November. Eftpos facility available for purchases.

Additionally, the Raffle has three fantastic prizes: 

1st – Portable Pizza Oven from Bunnings

2nd – Coffee Bundle from Martin St Coffee Roasters

3rd – Soda Stream from Big W

Raffle tickets are available for sale in the JCB on fete day: $2 each or 3 for $5

Lego Masters and Cake Decorators

Calling all bakers and Lego builders! Be sure to enter your cookies, cupcakes and cakes, and Lego masterpieces into the respective MPS Cake Show, and Lego Masters exhibition. Great prizes up for grabs! Entries are now open on XUNO,  $5 entry fee.

Face Paining

Face painting will be available at the fete, full face $5, face/arm (small) $2

Donations of lemons for the lemonade stall can be made to the front office. If you want to make up the lemon syrup too, the recipe is on the attached flyer. Thanks!

Plants and Produce can be delivered to the eco shed at MGR in the week leading up to the fete. 

Donations of clean teacups, small bowls, and jars are also welcome. Please drop them off at the front office, or at the eco shed. Please contact Deb Fiori with any questions regarding delivery of any items: deborahfiori@hotmail.com
