Principal's Report

Dear parents,

We’re in the final few days before the fete with preparations in full swing.  Thank you to everyone who has offered their support by volunteering their time and signing up to support with volunteer hours.  The committee have done an outstanding job finding sponsors, setting up volunteer list, booking rides, food and activities and arranging supports for teachers to run the event.

Wristband sales extended

We have extended sales until 8pm tonight. Save $5 off the price of wristbands https://www.trybooking.com/CMXGC

We’re still seeking support from you all to run some of the stalls, if you can spare an hour on Sunday or in the days leading up, please contact your child’s teacher or the fete committee to share your availability and register your support.

Baked Goods and Cake Competition Drop off times – 9am-10am Saturday

The JCB will be opening between 9am and 10am on Saturday morning to receive baked goods and cake competition.

Orienteering

We had a fantastic day at orienteering last Friday for the annual school orienteering event.  David Oxworth teachers a range of map reading and orienteering skills in the weeks leading up to the event.  We’re so fortunate to be able to use the Tony Clarke area and bushland surrounding Macedon.  Thank you to David and all the teachers who supported this event to run smoothly.

Kind regards and Sampai jumpa (until next time),

Matt
