Rotary Speech

On Wednesday, 14th August, two talented students from our school represented us in the Year 5/6 Rotary of Lilydale Public Speaking Competition. Gabriella E, our Year 5 representative, delivered an outstanding 3-minute speech about a much-needed invention to assist people with anaphylaxis. She spoke with confidence and poise.

Eliza T from Year 6 captivated the audience with her speech on the best thing about Earth, highlighting the personal significance of wattle in her life. Eliza's performance was exceptional, earning her 3rd place out of 10 participants, along with a $75 book voucher from Dymocks.

These two girls shone brightly on the night, delivering their speeches with passion and resilience. The BHPS staff are incredibly proud of their efforts and their impressive public speaking skills.
