School-wide event

The Pong: Thursday 19th September

 

How students can be involved:

Dress up:-Students are encouraged to dress up in Retro 80s theme! Gold coin donation - will be collected in Homegroup.

 

Branded Wristbands: They are a fun collectable, wearable item to show your support AND we will have a new colour / design each year! Available for purchase from the Office for $3 each from Monday 9th September.

 

BBQ Sausage Lunch will be available for students for a Gold coin donation. 

Primary will be arranged via a preorder on Operoo and delivered to the classroom, Secondary students can purchase from outside the M Rooms or SLC on the day.

 

Ping Pong themed activities for classes happening throughout the school day.

 

All Year Levels - Donate your child/ren’s year level hamper/s – Email from class teachers regarding themes will be sent later this week.

 

How Families can be involved:

Join us for High Tea, 10.30am – 12.30pm Booking essential.

This year we again have Matt Maudlin from Ping Pong a Thon joining us, along with Kristi Davidson - Founder and CEO of the Offspring Project and Roxan Fabiano, Executive Officer of HerSpace. Both organisations receive funding directly from Ping Pong a Thon and they will share first hand how our donations are making a difference. Tickets are limited - book now via bit.ly/2024hightea. Please note, bookings will close Wednesday 4th September, unless sold out prior.

 

After-School Family Frenzy ping-pong action in the Gym. 3.30pm – 4.30pm. No cost to attend. Note: Students must be accompanied by a parent/carer.

 

Family Fun Event in the Gym, 4.30pm – 6.30pm. Ping-Pong Games and Dinner for gold coin donations.  Please indicate your intention to attend via bit.ly/PongFamilyFun

Hampers: Bid on one or more of our amazing Hampers in the Silent Auction! Hampers will be on display in the DC from Monday 9th September.

 

The aim of this event is to raise awareness and much needed funds to promote human freedom, whilst having some fun and building community in the process. Over the years this has become our flagship fundraising event, with over $42,000 raised in 2024 and more than $170,000 in total since 2016.
