D&R Machining - Expression of Interest
D&R Machining is seeking expressions of interest for a 4-year Certificate IV in CNC/Manual Machining commencing early 2025.
This would suit a current year 12 student with:
- A keen interest in a trade pathway
- Interest in the interface between technology (programming) & Mechanics
- Good mental arithmetic
- A sound understanding of geometry
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Demonstrated hand skills
As the TAFE training will take place in Perth (in 2-week blocks), they would need to hold a driver’s license (Probationary is fine) and ideally be 18 years old at the commencement of 2025. However, a candidate who turns 18 in the first half of 2025 should still be encouraged to apply.
